I’ve never liked the taste of beets but this product surprised me, in a good way. The flavor is smooth and it's easily one of the best recovery supplements I’ve used. It mixes very easily with water and I've definitely noticed less soreness and a quicker recovery after a long run. I highly recommend this for recovery. Over the years I tried blending my own recovery mixes, which was complicated and never tasted this good. It covers my bases, mixes very easily, and tastes amazing. I replaced multiple tubs with one bag and couldn’t be happier.
