One of the best mixing recovery powders I have ever used. Two scoop mixed with a spoon no clumps. Amazing taste a nice beet flavour followed by sweetness. Keeps me full after a hard workout.

So happy that I found Rooted Performance! For years I was making my own mixes of protein, creatine and carbohydrates...With rooted - no need! All of your key recovery ingredients all in one mix. Blends super smooth using water in a standard shaker cup. The taste is very good considering there is beetroot powder in it. Excellent price point compared to other recovery mixes on the market as well. A++ product!!
